Brandon Eby is a recent graduate with a degree in Sociology with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Calgary. They are interested in exploring how collaborative storytelling methods are, and can be, used to construct realities, and how academic skills and knowledge can both be used to inform activist action and be a liberatory practice.

Being part of several campus organizations, they are actively engaging with campus communities to help directly address concerns regarding food security and mental health. They are begining their Master’s of Arts in Sustainability studies in Autumn 2025 at Trent University.

Their current research interests are: Romani Rights, Sociology of Race, Sociology of Gender and Sexuality, Intersectionality Studies, Qualitative Methods, and Collaborative Storytelling Methods.
